Hey all - I was thinking of using my Glasgow with the `jtag-openocd` applet. Ideally, for a mostly unattended setup where I'm using it to debug a chip on a PCIe card.

I just had a couple of questions.

1. On power-up are all of the I/O normally in safe mode / hi-z by default?
2. Is there a way to programmatically set I/O voltage to 1.8V instead of using e.g. the VIOA pin?
3. Is there some kind of persistence or does the bitstream need to be sent from the host on every power cycle?

Apologies in advance if any of these are n00bian. I just haven't had an opportunity / pressing need to play with my Glasgow yet (currently, my pressing need is that JLinks are insanely overpriced 😅)
