So far I've been able to successfully run `glasgow voltage` to set the IO voltage.
`glasgow run uart -V 3.3` in loopback doesn't work
`glasgow run benchmark` works for source, and loopback, but sink and latency throw an exception in WebLoop._decrement_in_progress()

BTW should I make issues for these on the glasgow-webusb repo?

Also I'm down to look into these if you its relatively straight forward to iterate locally.
