fwiw, language wise:

* the embedded wg is currently part of the rust *project*
* The foundation and project are separate entities
* It's still tbd whether we would want to continue hosting our books under the project's bookshelf, if so, I think it would be reasonable to make a T-Docs subteam for the embedded book, with representatives from the ewg-resources team
