just had a bit of a struggle trying to install the latest git version of probe-rs (the cli tools).
FYI since https://github.com/probe-rs/probe-rs/pull/2364 you need to use

```
cargo install --git https://github.com/probe-rs/probe-rs probe-rs-tools
```
