Hey, i'm making a wrapper over a c library for a chip, to provide a hal implementation there must be a log function with the following signature
```rs
pub type acc_hal_log_function_t = ::core::option::Option<
    unsafe extern "C" fn(
        level: acc_log_level_t,
        module: *const ::core::ffi::c_char,
        format: *const ::core::ffi::c_char,
        ...
    ),
>;```

it uses var args for a printf like formatting, any idea how I can adapt this to use defmt ?
