For the survey:

* We've gotten thumbs up from the foundation that they don't need to do anything special for our big little survey
* We did get two suggestions from the survey team: we might want to have some answers for "popular crates" and "common blockers", since not many people answer blank free-answer questions
* We do have one open question: Do we want to add a survey question for "what other langs do you use with rust"

IMO: once we answer all of those (ideally in this meeting!) we're green to go!
