Say I want to do some stuff with Amaranth, and I'm on Microsoft Windows, but I spend most of my time in WSL.
However, my copy of Quartus Lite is installed in pure Windows.
*…However however*, the installer for Quartus Lite incidentally mentioned that Quartus Lite partially utilizes WSL. But never mind that.
Which Python does it make more sense to install Amaranth in? A native Microsoft Windows Python? Or a WSL Python?
