Btw, stm announced their new STM32U0 series. Supposed to be their most low power chip so far.

We used an external RTC chip to save power in a project. It ran at 220nA.
This new stm chip can run an RTC at 130-160nA and is only 10 cents more expensive than the RTC we used...
