dirbaio: Now that it's the morning, thanks again for your help, I ended up creating a custom build of probe-rs with the modified address map, however it gives a different error now:

WARN probe_rs::probe::stlink: send_jtag_command 242 failed: SwdApFault
```
I tried running it in INFO/DEBUG/TRACE log levels, and I don't find any mention of the flashing algorithm being used so I don't know if it is using it.
