does Glasgow detect/support RPC JTAG ?

I have a board, with these 5 pins: 

5v            red     
tCLK    green        
tMSC    yellow        
RST    orange        
GND    brown        

running:
glasgow run jtag-pinout -V 3.3 --port A --pins-jtag 0:7

just shows it trying to detect TDI/TDO
