To be honest, what I have seems in code is 
`umac->cmd tell RGMII block which clock to use for transmit`
but it seems there is nothing provide this clock signal py soc?

Isn't the principle of this kind of communication to let PHY synchronize the transmission signal MDIO through the clock signal sent by CPU?
